• Newsletter sign-up — first name, email address, and country, submitted to our email marketing provider, Mailchimp.
• Blog comments — the name, email address, and comment text you submit. Comments are reviewed before they appear publicly.
• Booking a consultation — when you book a session, you're taken to our scheduling partner, Calendly, which collects the details needed to arrange your appointment (see section 5).

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

• To schedule, confirm, and remind you about coaching sessions.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this site. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

• Calendly — used to schedule consultations. Any information you provide while booking is subject to Calendly's Privacy Policy.
• Mailchimp — used to manage our newsletter mailing list. Subject to Mailchimp's Privacy Policy.

The typefaces used on this site are hosted on our own server rather than loaded from Google Fonts, so no data about your visit is shared with Google for this purpose.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, respond to any follow-up questions, or meet our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see section 8).
